StockFor shops

From the barcodeto the receipt.

Stock control for small shops. Barcodes, stock levels, stocktakes with a signed record and the unit cost of every product.

Sell over the counter, online and to businesses, all from one product list.

See how it works

30 days free. No card. After that it is €29 a month.

You will not retype your products. Bring the list over from Excel with a CSV import.

The buyer picks a parcel locker. A real list of Omniva and Venipak points across Latvia, not a text box they have to type a name into.

Selling in the shop: the phone scans a product barcode, the product goes onto the receipt, its stock level drops by one, and the total is recalculated. At the end the customer pays by scanning the payment QR code in their banking app, after which the receipt is ready and the amount appears in the VAT report.

One product list, three ways to sell

Enter a product once. Pick a channel and see what it means in practice.

NewDelivery

The order ends in a parcel locker, not in a chat thread

In Latvia goods arrive through parcel lockers. If a shop asks the buyer to type the locker name by hand, a mistake is only a matter of time, and fixing it costs a phone call.

The buyer picks from a real list

They search by town or by name and pick an actual Omniva or Venipak point. The list is kept current, and the shop has nothing to set up.

Shipped on your own contract

Add your own Omniva contract account and register the parcel with one click: the label opens ready to print. You pay Omniva directly, and we add nothing on top.

A box that matches the order

Scan each item as it goes into the box. Until the box matches the order the label will not print, so the wrong product never leaves.

Several locations. Shop, stockroom, second shop. See where every product is, move stock between locations and count one location on its own. If you do not use locations, everything works exactly as before.

See what you are buying

This is exactly how Stock looks in your account and on your phone. The screens below use sample data, so you can decide before you pay.

Loading the product screens…

Your shop, in your own look

Colours, layout, typeface and corners. Change them and watch the shop change. This is not a picture, it is the same shop your customers will see, with the same buttons and the same basket.

And the same sale, from behind the counter

If the buyer paid by card, the order arrives already paid and the item is set aside for them. All that is left is to pack it and create the invoice with one click. If the buyer chose a bank transfer, everything works as it did before. Press the button on the paid order.

Products, stock and selling in one place

Not every shop needs all of it at once. Below it is arranged by the job to be done, so you can start with the part that hurts today.

Know what you have

It all starts with a product list you can trust. Without one, none of the other numbers are true.

Import from CSV

Bring the whole product list over in one file: name, barcode, price, VAT, stock. Hundreds of products in seconds, with nothing retyped by hand.

Labels from the browser

Give a product a barcode or generate one automatically, and print the labels on an A4 sheet. No separate program.

Stock, deliveries and returns

See the level of every product. Low stock is highlighted, returned goods come back into stock with their own record, and every change is kept in the history.

Stocktakes with a signed record

Count what is actually there by scanning products with your phone. Differences are posted with one confirmation, and at the end you get a stocktake record (PDF) with places to sign.

Sell with a phone in your hand

The till is the phone in your pocket. No POS terminal, no receipt printer and no commission on the sale.

Scan and sell

Scan the product and show the SEPA payment QR code. The customer pays in their banking app, you confirm the payment received, and stock is written down immediately.

A basket with several items

Scan one product after another or add them from the catalogue: the whole purchase on one receipt, with one total and one payment QR code.

Gift cards

Sell your shop's own gift cards: the customer pays by transfer, and you print a card with a barcode or send it by email. At the till you scan the card as payment, and the remaining balance carries over to their next purchase.

Loyalty balance for regulars

Register a customer with their phone number, and they build up a percentage you set from every purchase. They spend that balance as a discount on later purchases.

Daily summary

At the end of the day you see turnover, units sold and returned, and every receipt in one place. Each sale flows into your VAT and income reports.

Sell while the shop is shut

A public shop and reservations from a chat, both from the same product list.

Reservations

When someone messages to ask whether an item is still there, set it aside with one button. It becomes unavailable to other buyers, and if payment does not arrive the hold expires and the item returns to sale on its own.

A shop online

A public catalogue on its own address, with images and a basket. See above what it looks like to a buyer.

Card payment

The buyer pays right there in the shop, and the item is held for them the moment they start paying so nobody else takes it. The money goes straight into your own Stripe account: we do not collect it and we take no commission. Bank transfer stays as it was, and the buyer chooses.

Regular buyers order for themselves

Cafés, offices and resellers usually order by phone. That is time you do not have to spend.

A B2B ordering link for customers

Every regular customer gets a private link to your catalogue at their own prices: they pick quantities, say how they want to receive the goods, and send the order with no call and no registration. The link can be revoked at any time.

Delivery notes

Create a delivery note from an invoice with one click: recipient, items and quantities fill themselves in, and the PDF carries the details the law requires with places to sign. Delivery notes come with the Solo, Business and Office plans, with or without the Stock add-on.

Buy right and know your margin

Once the record keeping is in order, the numbers start answering questions that otherwise get answered by feel.

The stock radar and purchase orders

From your sales data the system works out how many days of stock each product has left, and suggests what to order and how much. One click creates the purchase order, and goods are received by scanning them with your phone.

Shop margin and price control

See gross margin and mark-up on every product, an ABC analysis, the products below your target mark-up with a suggested new price, and shrinkage from your stocktake records. The value of your stock at cost is always to hand.

Recipes and production

If you make the goods yourself, record what they are made of. Every production run writes off the raw materials and works out the true unit cost, and the stock radar starts suggesting you order ingredients rather than the finished product.

Three steps to your first sale

1

Add your products

Build the catalogue with a name, a price and a barcode, or import the whole list from a CSV file. If a product has no barcode, one is generated.

2

Print the labels

Select products and print barcode labels on an A4 sheet. Stick them on the products or on the shelves.

3

Scan on your phone

In the shop, open Stock in the browser, scan products into the basket and sell with one receipt, or adjust stock on the spot.

Built for the small shop

For one person or a small team, where the till is a phone in your pocket and you have hundreds of products, not hundreds of thousands.

For a large shop with a till system and a fleet of scanners, Stock will probably not replace everything you have. If there is no system yet, try it with your own products and judge for yourself.

Price

Running a shop usually means several separate purchases: a POS terminal, a receipt printer, barcode scanners and stock software, each with its own bill.

Stock is one subscription: no second plan is needed. Invoices are unlimited, so €29 a month is the whole price. Start with a 30 day free trial, no card.

We will enter the products for you

The hard part is not the software, it is the first few hundred products. Send us your list exactly as it is: an Excel file, a printout from your old system, a supplier's delivery note, or even a photo of a list on paper.

We build the catalogue with barcodes and hand you a working system instead of an empty screen. Free, and no card. Leave your email and we will write back with where to send the file.

Or write straight to info@erekini.eu and attach the file. We answer these ourselves.

We will use your email only for this exchange. No automated messages and no other list.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to install anything to scan?+

No. Scanning happens in the phone browser: open Stock, tap Scan and point the camera at the barcode. There is no separate app to install, and no POS terminal, card reader or handheld scanner to buy. If you like, you can add erekini.eu to your phone's home screen, and it then opens with one tap like any other app, only without a download and without updates.

Do I have to enter customer details for every sale?+

No. A quick sale needs no name and no other details from the customer. After scanning, pick the quantity, show the payment QR code and finish the sale with a receipt. The customer can download the receipt by scanning a QR code on your phone, or get it by email.

Can one purchase contain several items?+

Yes. Scan products one after another, or add them from the catalogue search: the whole purchase goes into one basket with one total, one payment QR code and one receipt.

I already have a product list. Do I have to type it in by hand?+

No. Download the template on this page or inside Stock, fill it with your products and upload it. The columns are name, barcode, SKU, price excluding VAT, VAT rate, stock, unit cost, unit and supplier code, but only the name is required. The template opens in Excel and Google Sheets with Latvian characters and comma decimals, so the file can be saved and uploaded without conversion. Products with no barcode are given one automatically, and products with a barcode that already exists are skipped, so the import is safe to repeat.

How does a stocktake work?+

Start a stocktake and walk the shelves: every scan adds one unit, and quantities can also be typed in. You can count in parts and continue another day. At the end you see the differences between the records and the actual counts, you confirm the corrections, and the system produces a stocktake record (PDF) with places to sign, ready for your accountant.

How does a customer pay in person?+

With a standard SEPA payment QR code, built from your bank account (IBAN), the sale amount and the payment reference. The customer scans it with their banking app, the payment details fill themselves in, and the money arrives directly in your account. There is no intermediary and no commission on a sale in person.

Can a buyer pay by card in the online shop?+

Yes. In the online shop a buyer can pay by card straight away or choose a bank transfer, and both options sit side by side. Card payment runs through your own Stripe account: you add your Stripe keys, and the money goes from the buyer directly into your Stripe account and then into your bank account. erekini.eu does not collect it, does not hold it and takes no commission from it. Stripe's fee for European cards is roughly 1.4% plus €0.25 per payment, and Stripe deducts that. As soon as the buyer starts paying, the item is reserved for them so nobody else takes it; if the payment is not completed, the reservation lapses and the item returns to sale. A paid order arrives in your order list marked as paid, and one button turns it into a paid invoice.

What happens if a buyer needs a refund on a card order?+

You issue the refund in your own Stripe account, because the money is in your account and not with us. If you have added a Stripe notification address, the order in erekini.eu is marked as refunded automatically. Handle the goods and the accounting documents as you would any return: if an invoice has already been issued, prepare a credit note, and the product returns to stock through a return.

We are a large shop with a till system. Is Stock right for us?+

Stock is built for small shops and workshops where the till is a phone. For a large shop with a POS system, a fleet of scanners and several tills, it will probably not replace what you have. If there is no system yet, or you want something simpler, create an account and try it with your own products.

Which plan do I need?+

None. Stock is a separate subscription at €29 a month, and it includes unlimited invoices and a customer register, so there is no second plan to buy. Stock comes with the Office plan at no extra cost. Creating an account is free, and you choose a subscription afterwards in settings.

Will I have accounting as well?+

VAT and income reports, which every receipt flows into, are available on all paid plans. The full accounting module is included in the Business and Office plans; the Solo plan has expense tracking. If your shop needs full accounting, choose the Business plan.

What if a customer asks me to set something aside?+

Use a reservation. The item becomes unavailable in every other sales channel but stays on the shelf, and the customer gets a link with the item, the price, the deadline and the payment details. If payment does not arrive in time, the reservation expires and the item returns to sale automatically, so nothing is sold twice and nothing is forgotten.

Does it work if I make the products myself?+

Yes. You can record what a product is made of, for instance that one candle is wax, a wick and a vessel. Every production run writes off the raw materials and works out what the finished product actually cost, so the margin report shows the true mark-up. The stock radar then suggests ordering the raw materials rather than the finished product.

Will I see my margin?+

Yes. The shop margin report shows gross margin and mark-up on every product, an ABC analysis, the products below your target mark-up with a suggested new price, the value of your stock at cost, and shrinkage from your stocktake records. Every sale stores the price and the unit cost at the moment of sale, so the numbers stay accurate even after a price change.

Will the system tell me when to reorder?+

Yes. From your sales data the stock radar works out how many days of stock each product has left, allows for the supplier's lead time and anything already on order, and suggests a quantity. Tick the suggestions and the system creates a purchase order per supplier: download the PDF or send it by email with one button. When the goods arrive, receive them by scanning with your phone, and stock levels and the unit cost (weighted average) update automatically.

Can regular customers order for themselves?+

Yes. Create a private B2B ordering link for the customer: they see your catalogue at their prices, pick quantities, choose how they want to receive the goods (collection, an address or a parcel locker) and send the order with no registration and no call. You get an email, the order arrives in your account with a picking list (PDF) for putting it together, you mark progress with statuses (confirmed, picked, handed to the courier), and one click turns the order into a draft invoice. The link shows only active products, with no stock figures, and it can be paused or revoked at any time.

Can I issue a delivery note?+

Yes. Create a delivery note from an invoice with one click (recipient, items and quantities fill themselves in) or from a blank form. The document carries the details the law requires: sender and recipient, the place goods are handed over and received, the items with quantities, and places to sign, and it downloads as a PDF. Prices on a delivery note are not required by law, so you show them if you want to. Delivery notes come with the Solo, Business and Office plans, with or without the Stock add-on.

Can I sell gift cards?+

Yes, and it is included in Stock at no extra cost. Choose an amount and one of five card designs (classic gold, black, Christmas, celebration, nature), the customer pays by transfer and receives the card in whatever way suits them: scan a QR code and keep the card on their phone with its current balance, save it as a PDF, forward the link as a gift to someone else, or take it printed or by email. At the till you scan the card's code (printed, or from the customer's phone screen) and it covers all or part of the total; the remaining balance carries over to their next purchase. In the books, selling a card is an advance received: VAT applies when the customer uses the card to pay for goods, and every figure for the month is in the gift card report.

How does the loyalty balance work?+

Register the customer with their phone number and their consent. From every purchase they build up a percentage you set (3% to begin with), and they spend that balance as a discount on later purchases. Their details can be viewed and, on request, deleted at any time.

What does Stock cost?+

€29 a month or €290 a year. Stock is a separate subscription: no other plan is needed, and invoices are unlimited. Payment is handled securely by Stripe, and the subscription can be cancelled at any time. Stock comes with the Office plan at no extra cost.
