For accountants and offices
The client enters the data. You stop chasing it.
Your client issues the invoices and photographs the receipts in their own account. At the start of each month a finished pack, with the registers, lands in your inbox.
14 days, no payment card
gramatveza_pakete_2026-07.zip
- rekini/
- Every issued invoice as its own PDF
- registrs_izrakstitie_rekini.csv
- The register of issued invoices
- registrs_izdevumi.csv
- The expense register
- kopsavilkums.pdf
- A summary of the period, with totals
It builds itself at the start of every month for every client and arrives by email.
erekini.eu is not your competitor
We do not do the bookkeeping and we do not file anything with VID on anyone's behalf. The system tidies the stage that happens before you: the client issues the invoice, photographs the receipt and imports the bank statement. You receive structured data rather than a folder of images.
- What the system does
- Collects and structures the client's source documents
- What the accountant does
- The books, the returns and the filing with VID
- Who files with VID
- You. The system prepares the file, a person submits it
Half the work is done by the client
Your client, in their account
You, in the Office account
Issues invoices in their own account
See every company in one list
Photographs receipts on a phone
Assign specific clients to colleagues
Imports the bank statement
Get the monthly pack by email
The data arrives structured, not as a folder full of images. You do not have to ask for it and you do not have to wait for it.
Access
Two routes to your client's data
The client invites you into their account
The Solo plan at €9.99 a month now carries two users, so a client can add their accountant without changing anything or buying a more expensive plan. The Business plan carries five. You work inside the client's account with your own role and permissions.
The client pays for their own plan. It costs you nothing.
You manage clients from an Office account
The Office plan at €39.99 a month holds up to 10 client companies and 10 of your own team members in one account, each assigned to specific clients. Portfolio risk view, batch annual accounts and the monthly pack for every client.
You pay one subscription for the whole portfolio.
The two combine: some clients in your Office account, others inviting you into theirs.
What is in the Office plan
Clients and team
- Up to 10 client companies in one Office account
- 10 users with roles, split by client
- A client portal where the client sees their own documents
Every month
- The accountant pack, automatically by email
- Invoice and expense registers as CSV
Risk and reporting
- A risk rating from A to F across the whole portfolio
- Debtor checks against VID's public registers
- Batch annual accounts for SIA clients
Where the data comes from
Checked, not guessed: VAT arithmetic, a changed IBAN, duplicate numbers, client risk scoring and the monthly audit are calculations with visible reasoning, not a model's answer. Audit the same period twice and you get the same report.
Frequently asked questions
No. Start with one client who has to be invoiced anyway, and see how many documents you no longer have to chase. The rest can stay where they are.
CSV and PDF. The registers are plain CSV files that any spreadsheet opens and that can be read into accounting software which accepts a CSV import. There is no ready-made integration with any particular accounting system yet, so you move the data across yourself, but it is not locked in.
No. The system prepares the file, for instance the VID EDS compatible XML for a VAT return, but you submit it. No document is sent to VID without your knowledge.
Nothing special. Issuing invoices, sending them by email and Peppol XML e-invoices are all available on the free plan, so the client does not have to pay for their documents to reach you in order.
Office is €39.99 a month or €399 a year, and it covers up to 10 client companies and 10 users. No VAT is added to the price, because erekini.eu is not VAT registered.
